This is very unfortunate for the United States.
Everything has been going bad this summer…the economy is in recession and the jobs of thousands of Americans are being taken away due to these tough times. Along with other corporations such as American Airlines and Starbucks…GM is going to cut jobs and suspend dividends.
General Motors Corp. said that they will sell off $4 billion to $7 billion worth of assests and CUT 20% worth of salaried chash costs in an overall plan to save billions of dollars.
CHRIST, WHY ISN’T THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION ACCEPTING THE FACT THAT THE ECONOMY IS DYING AND WE’RE TAKING SUCH HUGE MEASURES ( Holy shit I just did a Kanye West). But really…if we had an administration that gave a flying f*** about us and not always about the war, then our economoy wouldn’t be so bad, our housing market wouldn’t be plunging down, gas prices wouldn’t be so effing high.
TIMES ARE BAD.
But you know what, at least someone is making decisions…unlike the idiot in the White House.
