Her co-star on Eli Stone is singing the praises of guest star Katie Holmes. Matt Letscher told People that the actress is a musical phenom. “She does a song-and-dance number that is the best one we’ve ever done,” the TV star dished to the mag. Well, she should be, with all the rehearsing she’s doing!

Bless his heart, he probably felt sorry for Holmes after hearing that nobody was buying tickets to her Broadway show All My Sons. Apparently, star of the series Johnny Lee Miller didn’t feel bad enough to give Katie a plug.

Matt gushed about Katie, “She’s the sweetest person in the world, down to earth, simple.” What the reporter forgot to include was the information that at the time, Suri Cruise was holding a switchblade to his throat.
